The Coin Listing Arbitrage Trading
Another form of arbitrage trading in my crypto space is Coinlisting Arbitrage Trading. It is similar to Launchpad Arbitrage Trading but ONLY with a slight difference. Coin listing refers to a system whereby an exchange is about to list a coin that is ALREADY trading in other exchanges. Unlike in launchpads where the coin IS NOT trading anywhere yet and the exchange wants to list it the very first time. During coin listing in some exchanges, the new coin pumps (increases in price) on the new exchange where it is listed and in other exchanges where it is already trading.
This is where the arbitrage opportunity comes in. To maximize this arbitrage opportunity, we research and buy such coin ahead of time from the crypto exchange where the coin is already trading and hold. When the other exchange where the coin is to be listed opens up their deposit feature for the coin, we simply transfer from the exchange where we are already holding to the exchange where it will be listed. As soon as trading commences and the coin pumps, we sell for profit.
That's it; easy peasy !
No complexities and no technicalities involved. Just buy ahead of time from an exchange where a coin is already trading ahead of its listing, deposit in the new exchange where it will be listed and sell off for profit immediately it is listed on the new exchange. Just buy, hold for a day or two, deposit and sell for profit!
A recent Perfect Example Of Coin Listing Arbitrage Opportunity In An Exchange: Recently, The price for cryptocurrency Dogecoin spiked by about 30% in 24 hours after Twitter CEO Elon Musk changed the app logo from its blue bird to a Shiba Inu dog, a symbol often associated with the coin. A lot of people were of the opinion that Musk will list Dogecoin/Shiba Inu as Twitter's official crypto coin and started buying heavily, pumping the price over 30% in 24hours!
So if you have $200 worth of Dogecoin before and in 24hours, it's value shot up as high as $260; please do the calculations. This is a perfect example of a coin listing arbitrage opportunity in an exchange.
Like I mentioned earlier on, all we have to do is to:
__ Spot out such opportunity on time; so be social,
__ Run some background check on the coin project to determine its profitability;
__ Buy from the exchange where it is already trading and hold;
__ Deposit it to the new listing exchange and sell off for profit once it's up for trading and pumps.
__ Don't be too greedy to sell at the right time before the price falls again.
All these may happen within just 1 to 2 days maximum. Very easy, stress-free and yet, highly profitable.
Makes a lot of sense to me
Did we all notice the slight difference among OTC arbitrage trading, launchpad arbitrage and coin listing arbitrage? I am sure we did but If you did not, kindly read through the lectures again; slowly please.
Regardless, ALL of them are arbitrage opportunities gives us the leverage to buy LOW and sell HIGH to make profit in the crypto space.
